I run an indie press in Cambridge, which means I spend most of my days quietly editing books, talking with authors, and generally being surrounded by stories. I’m a nonsmoker, tidy, considerate, and about as low-drama as a person can be.

I grew up in a family that owned a restaurant inspired by Chez Panisse, so cooking is one of my favorite ways to unwind. I tend to keep a well-stocked kitchen and am always happy to share whatever happens to be coming out of the oven that week.

Friends would probably describe me as warm, thoughtful, and nerdy in a slightly bookish way. Home, for me, is a place to recharge, read, cook, and have the occasional good conversation—not a place for chaos.

In short: I pay my rent, wash my dishes, edit books, and occasionally feed people. :)
