I’m moving from NY to VA to be closer to family and I am looking for a female roommate in Fredericksburg! Budget is $1,100 max but preferably under $1,000, bills included.

I am responsible, pay rent on time, and have a 730 credit score. I have rented an apartment before and am tidy and believe in maintaining a safe and peaceful living space for all ☺️

I am a very creative, outgoing and kind person and in my free time I love to listen to music, draw, and explore new places. Ideally I would like to be friends with my roommate and do things together but I can also respect privacy and alone time! Also I do not have pets but love cats.

I am sober so I don’t smoke or drink. I am okay living with someone who smokes or drinks occasionally but if you like to party we probably would not be a good fit.
