I’m a quiet, respectful older man ( 51 this September ) with no dependents, drug free, no criminal history, stable employment. Considerate of others, most people who have lived with me would probably say they had almost forgotten I was there. I come with no drama, no addictions and no interest in partying or being loud or annoying. I pick up after myself, I clean as I go and am incredibly easy to get along with. I am a hobbyist musician, so I do come with a couple guitars and music equipment one would expect would come with a person who plays music semi professionally. However, I have a practice setup with headphones that I use when I want to practice so there’s no noise or external aggravations that come with that. Looking for a room to rent as my current housemates are buying a home and I’m not going with them. References happily available to you upon request.
