I’ve lived with a variety of different people over the years, and I understand what it takes to be the kind of roommate that can provide an enjoyable living experience for the others in the home. When I’m home, I mostly keep to myself, but am always friendly and approachable. I’ve got no problem navigating conflict/resolution situations if/when they arise. I keep my foot print low in that I am not loud, and I don’t leave a mess. I am also handy with a variety of things, and I am willing to help when able. I don’t have any pets, and in the short term stays will likely not bring any visitors over. My personal primary focus right now is working to save up money. I am a nomad furniture assembler that can move between big cities as I like. In the hot summer months I prefer to have the indoor comforts, this year in the Denver area. I’m reliable & responsible, and I’ll never have an issue making rent as I work a lot, get decent pay, and I also have a good backup savings. I’ll add that I am a lifelong musician/creative, and I am very accepting of all sorts of people. Ultimately, I’m interested in renting a room in a “quiet & peaceful” oriented house that doesn’t mind me smoking cannabis outside on the property. I know that’s a sticking point for some people, so I like to be upfront about that. That’s really my only “negative”, if that sort of thing is a problem for you. I look forward to meeting new people, and sharing a living space for a few months!
