My name is Elvia. I am an administrative assistant for a mental health practice and I am also a social work student currently completing my MSW. I typically work from home, however for the upcoming fall semester I will be out in the field three times a week.

I am looking for a room for my 14 year old son and I.

During the school year my son is in school until 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm as he is involved in various afterschool activities during the school year. And I am back home on field days at this time so we’ll typically arrive together.

Currently for the summer I am still working from home, and my son will be in summer programming until 2:00 p.m.

I wanted to be sure if your room comes with kitchen access? As I’m an avid cook and kitchen access is important to me.

Please let me know if you would be open to renting to us. If so, I’d like to book a showing of the room within the upcoming week if possible.
