45 year old (she/her). Quiet, clean, comes with one very cute cat. I am a working professional. I pay bills on time (I was an accountant before transitioning to IT). I work in Amesbury so I’m not even home all that much.

I have some family stuff happening which meants I am looking for month-to-month or short term rentals because I’m not sure if I will need to move back to Ohio sometime in the next 12 months.

I enjoy video games, board games, cats, sewing. I keep on top of chores and clean up after myself. I enjoy being a little bit social with my roommate, believe in simple, clear communication and boundaries, and above all, I bring ZERO drama. (Unless you count my cat’s theatrics at breakfast time.)

I have a car and I commute 5 days a week so parking is a must.
