Hi! I’m an elder millennial returning to school for a career switch, looking for a fairly peaceful home for myself and my very sweet, cuddly kitty Pippa. Ideally wherever we end up will have some safe green space outside for her to frolic in and for me to relax in (bonus points for veggie garden beds!). I appreciate nighttime quiet hours, shared effort to keep the house clean, minimal perfumey scents, and being able to cook without having to clean up after someone else.

About me: I’m a longtime Burner, former leather artist, a goth who found color, and strongly health-minded. I’m a gluten-free omnivore who buys organic whenever possible, if you hurt anywhere I probably have some rehab exercises for you, and I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. I like to put music on and maybe sing to it as I cook and clean; you’re welcome to join. :-) I use sarcasm, dry humor, and puns, and may be triggered into 2000’s song lyrics if you say the right phrase.

Unfortunately, we won’t get along if you’re right-leaning or apathetic to politics. We don’t have to be best friends, but being able to have affable conversations would be nice, and at the very least, acknowledge the others’ presence with a word or two. I prefer direct and non-aggressive communication both ways; being passive aggressive or hostile will create problems. A Non-negotiable is that you must be kind to my cat! If you’re a safe person she’ll come to you for pets and cuddles and even belly rubs!
