Hi! My name is Rania. I’m a full-time nursing student and a hardworking single mom to my 17-year-old son. We are quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible tenants looking for a stable place to call home for the next 6–12 months.

We also have two well-behaved indoor cats. Between school, studying, and work, I spend most of my time outside the home, so we’re very low-maintenance and value a peaceful living environment. We are non-smokers, drama-free, and always respectful of shared spaces.
