Hey! I will be starting as a first year Special Education teacher here in August.

I have a little brother who stays with me pretty frequently. I am hoping to rent out two rooms (one for me and one for my brother for when he is around - he does several overnight stays). I would prefer no drugs or heavy drinking, as I don’t want my brother around that.

I do have one cat named Oscar. He does well with dogs after a long introductory stage, but I have not seen how he does with other cats. He is not destructive at all. He can stay in my room if necessary, or I can put up a baby gate. He doesn’t jump baby gates - that is what we have done to get him used to the dog where I am currently living.

I am okay with visitors as long as it is nothing crazy, and would like to be able to occasionally have one or two close friends over - I am originally from Murfreesboro, so having a space where my friends from home can come visit would be great! I am very mellow, creative, ecclectic, and social.

I would love to be friends with whoever I am roommates with. I spend a lot of time in my room. I describe myself as an introverted extrovert, haha. I have several queer friends and would like to live with someone queer friendly!
