Hi, my name is Travis. A little about myself: I’m respectful, easygoing, and low-maintenance. I work a steady Monday–Friday job, keep a consistent routine, and don’t bring chaos into the house. I don’t party, drink, smoke, or have people over often, and I don’t have any family in the area. I’m more of a homebody who enjoys a calm and comfortable living environment. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gaming, working out, meal prepping, and going for walks. I’ve recently been focusing on fitness and living a healthier lifestyle, so most of my time outside of work is spent at the gym, staying active, or just relaxing at home. I’m also very clean and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. Point me to the vacuum and cleaning supplies, and I’m happy to help out. Yard work, household chores, and general upkeep are never an issue for me. I tend to be pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness and organization. I also want to be upfront that I do have a criminal record. I’m open and honest about my past and am happy to answer any questions you may have. I believe transparency is important when looking for a place to live. I’m currently in the process of selling my house and recently went through a divorce, so my focus right now is rebuilding, creating stability, and getting back on solid financial footing. I’m a serious applicant looking for a place starting June 30th or July 1st. I value communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful home environment.
