( im open to more cities than listed ) I’m a young 48. lol I’m disabled and have been for years but I never ever sit home all day. I have a daughter n grandson I visit often. I love working out and eating clean. I have a step dad and biological dad that I’m close to. My mom was my best friend. Rip. She raised me as a single mom and I was an only child. She raised me in Orange County and we were very close due to our dynamics.. I absolutely do not drink alcohol or smoke pot or do drugs. I have many friends and they are all the same. None of them smoke weed drink or do drugs. I love the beach and I look forward to the summer. !!! OH!! IM SUPER POLITE , CLEAN AND ORGANIZED , FRIENDLY…. And I’ve never been late on rent MY ENTIRE LIFE ! I would love to find a Roommate that doesn’t mind if I come in around 9:30 or 10 every evening, I am very polite so I do not make any noise when I come in . and that maybei was could have visitors and allow my little grandson to spend the night once in a very blue moon I just say that in case my daughter has an emergency. And fyi I’m not in a relationship. Also, my grandson is 18 months and a very, very good boy . He is starting to speak Portuguese and sign language.. 🩷
