Hello there!

We are a warm, easygoing couple looking for a harmonious place to call home. By trade, I am a professional landscape designer and cartographer running my own firm (with a past life as a traveling classical opera singer), so I have a deep appreciation for structure, beauty, and art. Together, we bring a distinct “don’t worry, be happy” energy to our daily lives—we love keeping things positive, friendly, and stress-free.

Joining us are our two beloved kitty-babies, Lilibet and Charlie. They are a massive part of our world, incredibly well-behaved, and guaranteed to bring a little extra joy to the household (especially our charming little guy who sports a permanent, one-eyed wink).

We firmly believe that a home should be a sanctuary. We love to laugh, keep things light, and enjoy life, but we balance that breezy attitude with a rock-solid commitment to being excellent, dependable housemates.
