Hello there I’m looking for a room for rent. I’m 58 years old, have stable income (retirement). My children are 35, 33, and 24. 2 daughters and 1 son. They do not live with me, my second daughter lives in Orlando Florida, next to her father. I’m clean, no pets. My oldest is married, lives in Roseville, my son is also with me in Michigan. I love animals, tho I don’t have any. I am a smoker, and I am willing to smoke outside, no problem. I have no boyfriend and don’t want one, thanks anyway. Lol. I’m clean, personal hygiene, well that’s enough said right there. I’m funny, I keep to myself. I’m reliable and also resourceful. I’m just trying to have quiet, stable, living arrangements, it’s really expensive to rent a house, so since I have monthly income your rent will be on time. Oh and I love my morning coffee.
