Hi! My name is Oliver, and I’m a 23-year-old male who’s looking for a roommate and a place to rent in DC starting in August. I’m open to different locations and prices, but would prefer to live in Dupont Circle, Thomas Circle, or Adams Morgan for around $1500 a month.

I’ve lived with roommates previously, and I enjoy a quiet and comfortable space. I want my place to feel like “home,” and I’m willing to put in the work to keep it clean and welcoming.

About me: I just graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa, and I’m moving to DC to start work as an Economic Consultant. I’m a very active person who loves to run, workout, and get outside. I also enjoy reading, going to museums, and trying new things.
