My friend and I are both working professionals. Since I’m new to the area, my friend will be staying with me for the first 3–4 weeks to help me get settled in and familiarize myself with the city. After that, he will be moving out, and I will be the sole occupant.

We are responsible, respectful, and value a clean, quiet, and well-maintained living environment. We do not smoke, do not have pets, and always make sure shared spaces are kept clean. We’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home.
