I’m quiet and rarely have house guests over, if I do, we typically enjoy time outside. I have a 5 year old dog who is very well mannered and low maintenance. I’d appreciate someone who is a dog lover because he is a people lover. He’s very friendly with other dogs as well and ok to live with one. My schedule is flexible so my hours vary in and out of the house. I keep a clean house and am currently new to west palm this last year. I have great references as I’ve been renting on palm beach island since 8/1/2025.
