31F, looking for a bedroom & bathroom in Bradenton, FL and open to roommates of any age/gender. Furnished room would be cool, but unfurnished is fine as well- I don’t have a lot to bring. I don’t drink, but don’t mind if you do. 420 friendly is a must (I only smoke outside though so a lanai/ balcony/ patio would be perfect). Open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly. Very clean and will always clean up after myself, and hope you do the same. I have a cat with FeLV, Betty Boop, and due to her medical conditions she needs to be the only cat in the house; however dogs and other pets are very welcome! I will also need a parking space for my car. I have a full-time job working at Publix and am looking for part-time work so I won’t be home all the time.
