Hello, I’m John. I’m moving to Somerset, KY, for the fall semester of the physical therapy assistant program at the local community college. I’m done with my first year of the course and I am ready to do the next year.

I am a chill roommate who mostly keeps to himself. I won’t be all up in your business, I won’t bother you. I’m very friendly and helpful if your car breaks down I’m the typa dude to give you a ride. I am very good with batch cooking and would be happy to help with that if someone needs it. I do all my chores and dishes I clean up after myself. My boundary is just around avoiding noise late at night. I have an upper airway issue that leads me to be a very light sleeper and getting woken up too many times at night can easily ruin my ability to function at all the next day.

With regards to the 420-friendly thing, just note that I myself don’t partake but I don’t judge. Same with vaping, I don’t vape, but I don’t judge. I can’t handle cigarette smoke, since it can mess with my breathing. I love pets and I am cool pets or no pets. As for cleanliness, I am cool with clean or messy and I will keep the apartment up to whatever your standard is.
