Organized, clean and respectful roommate. (aka, dishes are cleaned after use, full trashcans are throw out and rebagged, etc). I value clear and open communication among roommates, considerate of quiet hours and shared responsibilities around the space, and overall easygoing and drama free. A lot of my free time is spent outdoors, at the climbing gym, or in my own space working on quiet hobbies.
