Hey! I’m an EMT moving out to the Moorpark/Ventura area around late June for work. My schedule is pretty busy since I work about 50+ hours a week as a first responder, so I’m out of the house a lot. When I am home, I’m clean, quiet, and just want to relax and recharge after a long shift. I don’t drink, and I don’t smoke cigarettes or cannabis. I’m super respectful of people’s space and privacy. It’s important to me to find an LGBTQ+ safe and friendly environment to live in. My boyfriend lives nearby, so he might visit or hang out sometimes, but I’m definitely looking for a quiet, respectful space. Totally good with background checks or whatever else you need. Looking for a long-term spot to settle into!
