My lease at Kenwood Mews ends at the end of June, and with the renewal increasing almost $200/month for an older building, I’m seriously considering moving — possibly to Avalon Studio City or Guild/Alexan Noho the new buildings with built in washer/dryer. Right now I’m in a 1B1B paying around $2300/month, and I’ve noticed that some really nice 2B2B apartments would actually bring the rent down to under $1500 each when shared. Plus we’d each have our own bathroom and closet, a larger living room, and much better amenities overall. I’m looking for a female roommate who’s clean, respectful, and quiet. A little about me — I’m very clean and easygoing, I work as a realtor with Compass, don’t smoke, don’t bring guests over, and I don’t have pets. I’m also well traveled and really value a peaceful, comfortable home environment.
