Hey my name is Noah, I go by Perfekt. I’m a 20-year-old founder, journalist, and independent media guy originally from the LA area, currently based in South Bend, Indiana but making my way back home.

Honest answer on what kind of roommate I’d be: a ghost, in the best way. I’m a working journalist and the CEO of my own multimedia company — Outta Pocket Media Group — so I’m out in the field, at the office, or traveling probably 80% of the time. A little about what I’m actually doing: I run three divisions under OPM — a news outlet, a film production arm, and a record label. I’ve worked events at Insomniac, toured internationally as a DJ, and built the whole company infrastructure from the ground up at 20. Right now I’m in active production mode — content trips to Europe, live streaming deals, press campaigns — so my schedule is always going. That’s why I need to be close to my workspace, not necessarily close to home.

No pets. No late-night chaos. Bills paid on time. I respect shared spaces.
