Facundo Pfeffer

Hello! My name is Facundo Pfeffer. I am a 26-year-old structural engineer and a recent master’s graduate from UC Berkeley. I recently started a full-time position in San Francisco’s Financial District at TYLin, where I work on bridge calculations. I work in person Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

I am looking for a long-term place, ideally with a move-in date around August, although I can be flexible if an earlier date works better. I am comfortable with most lease terms, including a one-year lease.

As a roommate, I am super chill, easygoing, respectful, and clean. I am completely fine with pets, if there are any. I would be happy to connect, share more about myself, and discuss next steps.
