My name is Karina, and I work at a daycare in the Village of Tuckahoe. I am looking for a room for myself and my 11-year-old daughter.

We are quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible. My daughter is a very well-behaved, polite, and mature child who is focused on school and her activities. We do not smoke, do not party, and live a peaceful lifestyle.

Remaining in this area is very important to us because my daughter attends school in Tuckahoe, where she has received incredible support from her teachers and has made significant progress after a difficult year. I also work locally, so staying in this community would allow me to continue supporting my family while maintaining stability for my daughter.

We are currently facing a housing emergency and need to find a place as soon as possible. I have steady employment, references available, and I am happy to answer any questions.
