I’m looking to live closer to my daughter who lives in Manhattan. I’m transitioning from disability to retirement. I have very stable income. My background check has been completed, and I have personal professional references. For the right situation, I could provide 6 to 12 months of rent ahead of time. At the moment, I’m helping at my parents in Michigan, but I live on my boat in Port Clinton, Ohio. So I’m used to small spaces. I am clean and quiet, and very easy-going.
