My name is Nelly, I’m 18 and currently looking for housing/roommates in the East Bay area for the upcoming school semester. I’m hoping to attend community college in the East Bay or CSU East Bay, so I’m pretty open location-wise! My budget is around $1100/month.

A little about me — I graduated from Berkeley High, and I’ve been working at the YMCA of the East Bay for the past year as a lifeguard and swim instructor! I’m very responsible, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m also super social and friendly, and I’d honestly love to live with girls who are down to become actual friends and create a comfortable, positive home environment 🫶

I’ve been independent for a while now, so I’m really motivated to find a stable and welcoming place. My current living situation isn’t going to work out for the upcoming semester, and I’m hoping to move before the new semester starts at the latest.
