Newly graduated engineer, looking to find accommodations in Portsmouth, near the company I’ll be working for shortly. Hoping to find a place to move to before I start.

My budget is constrained by student loans and high cost of living. My work schedule will be fairly typical, 9-5 Monday through Friday. I do need a decent bit of space in my room to maintain a desktop office setup.

I’m not super sociable or outgoing, I tend to keep to myself, so don’t expect me to bring over guests or have parties. I don’t smoke, and I have a mild cat allergy. I’m also very fastidious and like to keep my living spaces clean.
