I’ve just graduated (undergrad) and am looking to move to Hyde Park specifically due to amenities and proximity to the job I’ve been offered. Any of the surrounding neighborhoods could work, but none too far away. The first thing that comes to mind for me related to roommates is that I do a good job of keeping my area and common areas clean and appreciate clean common areas in general (not like dusting every day or anything, just presentable/ready to be used). I like to cook (mostly vegetarian), work out/rock climb, and hookah (which is why I didn’t check being a non-smoker, however I don’t smoke cigs), though I’m not sure if I’ll continue that last habit now that I graduated, definitely not indoors. I keep to myself pretty often and will be pretty busy with work so if you want to be left alone, no worries, but if you want to do a few things together, that’s cool too.
