My name is Lenny, I am almost 47 years old. I work for U-Haul and will transferring to Phoenix area towards the end of July to the beginning of August 2026. I am looking for a room to rent long term. I did put $800 as a budget but can be flexible on that. My location preferences would be Tempe or the west part of Mesa because I’ll be working downtown and have a part time job in Scottsdale as well. I have no preference on a male or female roommates.
