Husband and wife looking for a quiet and safe, little place to call home. Prefer a studio/adu with kitchen and utilities included.

We have our 13 year old son twice a week. Occasionally, wife’s grown son or daughter comes to visit from out of state.

We have been living in our place with my mom and sister for over the past 7 years. Sister got married, we got married, we now all need our own space/place.

Ideal place would be laid back setting. We are clean and respectable. We stay to ourselves and both have clean backgrounds.

I been woth Nordstrom for over 24 years. Wife works at the same place for 4 years as an administrative assistant, before then she was in education and a previous foster parent. Our 13 yr old son, (my son from previous marriage), is quiet as well, he is into animation creations and story telling.

We prefer to stay around $1300.
