Just to start, I am looking at a place walking distance from school. rent would be split in half. I’m working on growing small income streams and a press-on nail business, so I stay productive and focused on improving my situation. At home, I value a calm, clean, and respectful environment. I’m mindful of shared spaces, I communicate directly when needed, and I understand how important it is to be consistent with bills and household expectations.
