My name is Ethan and I am looking for a place in either Capitol Hill or University District. I am looking for roommates that are a similar age. I begin my job at the end of August, so I would like to move in around early August. I am looking for around $1,300 to $1,800 per month, but I could go lower if we find a nice place. I am a fairly clean person who will do their part to make sure the common spaces are kept clean. My hobbies include running, skiing, hiking, backpacking and trail running. I also enjoy going out to bars on weekends. I would love to have roommates who I can do these activities with.
