I am a retired military veteran and Safety Specialist relocating to Chula Vista for work. I am looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment beginning around July 1st.

I am financially stable, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep common areas clean, respect other people’s privacy, and maintain a low-key lifestyle. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and spend most of my time working, exercising, or relaxing at home.
