Hello, My name is Danny Claborn, and my husband is Chase Claborn. We are currently relocating from Montana to the Boise/Meridian area and are looking for a place to rent. We are interested in a short-term rental initially, with the possibility of becoming long-term tenants if everything works out well for both us and the property owner. We are a hardworking, respectful married couple who take pride in keeping our home clean, quiet, and well maintained. We are moving to be closer to family and to pursue employment opportunities in the area as we begin this new chapter in our lives. We have a small dog who is well-behaved and part of our family. We understand the responsibility that comes with renting someone else’s property and would treat your home with the same care and respect that we would our own. We are happy to provide personal and rental references upon request. We are also willing to offer a larger security deposit if needed to help provide peace of mind.
