Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent, preferably with a private bathroom and laundry facility access. I’m 27 and work two jobs, So I’m quite busy! I’m friendly, quiet, clean, and mainly keep to myself. I used to live alone, but couldn’t afford it single handedly after three years of raised rent. I also have one pet, a fluffy cat that sleeps most of the time.
