Hey everyone! I’m Ian, a 22-year-old recent grad relocating down from NH to start a full-time corporate Sales Leadership program at Mondelēz at the end of July. Ideally, I am looking in East Hanover, Morristown, Parsippany, Madison, Montclair, and Morris Plains. I’m looking to make some social connections and friends as I transition to a new area! I’m hoping to room with 1 or more other recent grads or young professionals to find an apartment or house. My budget is around $1,300/month (+utilities). I am flexible on lease length; I’m open to both a short-term sublet or a standard lease. I’ll be working a standard M-F corporate schedule. During the week, I tend to keep things pretty low-key by making dinner (I’ve been getting into cooking) and playing video games. On the weekends, I definitely love to go out, be social, and explore the local food and bar scene. I also thoroughly enjoy sleeping in on Saturdays and Sundays, so you won’t have to worry about me making a ton of noise early in the morning. I’m pretty relaxed and low-maintenance day-to-day, but I’m respectful of shared spaces and will absolutely do my part to keep everything looking good. Also, I am very cat-friendly, so if you have one I’d consider it a bonus. Overall, I’m incredibly easygoing and just looking for roommates who are down to hang out, grab a drink, or watch a movie, but who also appreciate having their own downtime and space.
