We are a responsible family looking for a safe, clean, and quiet place for our children.

Our son is currently in college, and our daughter will be entering her senior year of high school this coming school year. They are respectful, responsible, and focused on her studies.

They will be staying during the school week (Monday–Friday) and returning home on weekends. This arrangement is for one school year only to allow my daughter to finish her senior year. Their priority is school, and they will maintain a quiet, respectful, and organized presence in the home while following all house rules.

We are responsible parents and will remain actively involved, maintain clear communication, and ensure everything is handled properly and respectfully. We are looking for a stable and peaceful arrangement for this school year.
