About me: I’m a PhD student at UCF and a medical professional. My days are full and my schedule keeps me moving, which honestly makes me a pretty easy person to share space with. I’m home to recharge, not to host gatherings or create noise. I keep things very clean, stay to myself, and value a peaceful, drama-free environment. If that sounds like your vibe too, we’ll probably get along great.

What I’m looking for: An unfurnished space with good privacy. I’m coming from a single-family home and already have all my own furniture for the bedroom, living room, and dining area. I’m not looking for a social situation, just a comfortable, quiet home base while I focus on my studies and work.
