My two corgis and I are moving to Vancouver at the beginning of August. I’m hoping to get a house or townhouse with one other person so we can have a yard for the dogs, or a large apartment with a great view. (Random, I know) They are fairly well behaved but, as herding dogs, can be high energy. I’d like to be within ~10 min of downtown so I’m close to work and the dogs, but can flex that a bit.

I’m very respectful of shared spaces though as a AuADHD, I can get a bit untidy, and don’t have a problem with you being the same - as long as we communicate and clean up when the other asks. I’m gay, part of the kink community, and trans.

Hobbies include board games, reading, light hiking, walking the dogs, quilting, skiing, and whatever my latest special interest is.

Best case for me would be someone who is interested in helping with the dogs (letting them out to potty sometimes) but that is absolutely not required. What is required- generally not being annoyed that they exist - I’ve had that problem with roommates in the past. I’m open to proportional rent share depending on how much we each make. Please no smoking or vaping, the smells bother me too much.

I work from home part-time so I’d like a second room as an office. I won’t usually have many people over but may have one or two people over occasionally.
