Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent near Itasca, IL (60143) or the surrounding areas, as I work in Itasca and would like to stay close to work. I originally came from Mongolia and have been living and working in the Chicago area.

I’m a quiet and respectful person who mostly keeps to myself. I have some social anxiety, but I’ve been working on it and making steady progress. I work 6 days a week and usually spend my free time walking my dog, working on cars, meditating, and chanting mantras. I get up very early and live a simple, drama-free lifestyle.

I have reliable transportation and own two Toyota Priuses and a Ram ProMaster van that I use for work. I’m mechanically inclined and can help with vehicle repairs, lawn care, snow removal, and general maintenance if that’s something a landlord would like to work out in exchange for reduced rent. One of my Priuses may also be available to rent for $20 per day.

I have an 8-year-old German Shepherd named Mufasa. He is extremely friendly, fully house-trained, well-behaved, and loves people. I’m hoping to find a place with a nice yard where he can relax and enjoy being outside. It would be great to find a landlord or roommate who is also a dog person.
