I am excited to be moving to LA for my music.-Looking for chill environment- preferably with my own bathroom but I am open. I need parking for my car and since my music is not 8-5, there are times I will be back late ( I will be quiet) I would like to bring a guest back to my room once in a while. I say this since I see a lot of “no guests’- Looking for 5- 6 months commitment for now.
