One does not arrive at this decision early but I am really looking forward to sealing something real soon.

I’m a city bred architect, Cornell is just getting done with, and I am back in the city in June looking to sign in for a good year or more, depends on the window!

• always lived alone, a studio, every last time. never done the roommate thing. Extending a hand, Looking super excited for it!!

budget: no more than $2,000/month

A piece of pre-war would be nice, feels like home then, double thick walls, good bones, real ceilings. character matters a lot to me, occupational hazard ⚠️

weekends i’m hosting, wandering and dining out,, fun for maybe a bottle of something good on a Friday after all that 9-5 (so I’m all out through the week). love a full table, the kind of sunday that just happens well. i’m easy, genuinely warm and a lil old wolf(grew up with huskies) 🐺, also love horses, I may be spending some time at the nearest barn there. 🐎
