Hi! My name is Jay, and I’m a student studying computer science while also working. I’m responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I keep common areas clean, pay bills on time, and value open communication with roommates. I enjoy having a friendly living environment but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. I’m looking for a safe, comfortable place where everyone can coexist respectfully and drama-free.
