Hi 👋🏿 everyone, I’m a Black 40 year old queer and trans person living in Los Angeles with my 4 yo border terrier. I live alone in a duplex currently and I’m looking to pay max $1650 with some flexibility. I’m looking to reduce my rent burden so I can save better by moving in with some roommates. My dog is sweet, affectionate and playful, but very house trained and listens. Im a creative professional and I work full time 4xdays a week in the office with possibility for fully remote in the future. I’m Looking to move in with another person/persons in their 30’s, around my age or older. I’m a quiet, clean person. Hobbies are photography, biking. Invested in Black queer + Trans community and would love to connect with more similar folks, but remain open.
