Hi, I’m looking for a room/sublet in Philly, ideally sometime in July for $800 or less. I’m a transitioning (just came out months ago) PhD student at UD moving from Newark, DE to Philly to find community. I’d really like to find a queer/trans-friendly place. As a roommate, I’m clean, communicative, respectful, and good about doing my share of chores. I’m into music, concerts/raves (lots), alt fashion, thrifting, and nerdy games. Mostly just looking for people who are chill and not weird about trans people lol
