I’m in my mid 30s, and I work ~50 hours per week as an operations administrator for a behavioral health clinic for kids. The most I can currently afford for rent is $1,000, maybe $1,100 per month with utilities included. I’m finalizing paperwork for a cottage food (cookies, etc) business as well. I’ll be selling cookies and other baked goods on the weekend by cart. I have a nice upright piano and a digital keyboard with headphones that I would need room space for. I also have a giant airfryer that I could share - great for cookies and large pizzas. I have a new, large refrigerator that I could share as well. If anyone on-site would like to learn beginner piano, I can help teach them. I was a straight-A piano student at a nearby college for beginner through advanced piano classes. I have an associates degree (unrelated to piano). My roommate and landlord, who passed away recently, used to say that I was the best roommate he ever had. I’m easy-going and mostly stick to myself. I don’t have much of a life outside of work. I am single, plan to stay that way, and don’t date. I haven’t had a friend over to visit in years, although it would be nice if a family member could come out for a short stay if they wanted to. My family lives out-of-state. I don’t have any pets. It would be nice if I could have one, but I understand if that’s off the table. I don’t smoke or drink. I have a small car. Garage parking would be great. Driveway or street parking is okay if the area isn’t known for break-ins or side-swipes. I’d love to have a small spot in a yard to garden but understand if that’s not allowed.
