Hi, my name is Conrad. I’m 28 years old and relocating to Oklahoma City from California. I work in construction, have an MBA, and spend a lot of my free time training, coaching wrestling, and building a podcast/business.

I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, and easy to get along with. My lifestyle is pretty structured most days I’m either working, training, spending time with family, or working on personal projects.

I’m looking for roommates who are respectful, communicate well, and are focused on their own goals, whether that’s school, work, business, or personal growth.
