I’m originally from small town Pennsylvania and moved to California 10 years ago for the weather and employment options. The living arrangement I’ve had for the past seven years has become too expensive. Looking for a place that meets my budget. I’m a professional that is employed by Orange County as a Mental Health Specialist. I’ve been with the county the past 3 years. It’s more or less an Outreach Specialist title. Assisting people experiencing homelessness in all of Orange County acquire mental health resources, access to shelter, and mobile medical care. I have a reliable VW Jetta. I don’t have many belongings. I work 40 hours a week and spend my free time gaming, exercising at the gym, playing golf, walking at parks, going to the beach, and traveling. I’m a respectable person that enjoys a clean living space and values privacy. Looking for a place as soon as possible that provides wifi and utilities as part of the rent. Off street parking and on site laundry preferred.
