Peaceful, mature, clean, joyful guy looking for room to rent… (Riverside City College/Downtown) Howdy - Recent transplant from Palm Springs seeking room for rent anywhere in the RCC area to Downtown Riverside. I am here to finish my AA degree in Social and Behavior Studies and start school full-time June 22 (I will be working at the school part-time as well). I turn 60 years young on August 1 and am looking for a nice person or people who would like a clean, quiet, focused and responsible California sober guy who is fun and mature, easy going and gentle. I have lived the last 6 years with my best friend Jonathan in a stable, loving home and have a long and impressive professional resume and references to offer as well.
