Hello! 👋

I am Randy, and I graduated a year ago with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science 💻 and Minor Degree in Theater Arts 🎭 at the University of California, Santa Cruz 🐌. I will be working at an office full-time Wednesday - Sunday while WFH in occasion and am looking for a comfortable 1 bed/bth apartment, studio, or roommate to live with!

I require great internet and parking for my work. My budget is listed at $1100 but I am very flexible with that price with my tight move-in date being no later than one of the last two weekends of June.

In terms of myself, I am respectful, introverted, and a big movie/creative fan. Also a big fan of sports like baseball, basketball and MMA. I make little to no noise around the house and use headphones 🎧 a lot of my time for work. I do not do drugs/alcohol and do not have any pets. An important thing I prioritize with roommates is clear communication and boundaries while accommodating for any needs necessary for the living space, including cleaning and financial management. I always pay on time, and that is mandatory for me as a roommate coming from three different living spaces outside of my parent’s home.
